Lego-izm Pre-order via Sea Cargo Shipment from USA ETA end of March 2013

These stuffs are gonna bought direct from the USA, we ensure that the items are Brand New unless stated. We will bring them in to Malaysia via our Sea Cargo Batch #3, hence the Estimated Time of Arrival shall be End of March 2013.

Terms & Conditions

1. To order fill in this form.
2. Order form should be filled ONLY IF you're purchasing and has made up your mind. No changes allowed beyond submitting. All sales are final once the form is submitted & deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. So make a wise decision and choose the right item BEFORE confirming.
3. The Estimated Time of Arrival is End of march 2013 [ETA] and it is just an estimation. Any Shipping deals are unpredictable. Weather & Sea conditions, shipping schedules and route may change from time to time. However we'll keep you updated from time to time. DO EXPECT DELAYS.
4. Deposits must be paid before 10th January 2013. No deposit by, we consider you're not ordering.
5. Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate back-out buyers unless it's a matter of life & death.
6. Please make careful decisions before you make a purchase. Get to know the items first, especially the typed of material it has. The colors. The usability. The Size. Consider all these before purchasing! We're not responsible for your these once you've made the purchases.
7. Please notify ALL payments to z.shoppe@emassutera.com.my everytime it is made.
8. Full refund will only be given if items goes out of stock upon us ordering. You may replace-order other items if timing is suitable.
9. Goods delivered are NOT returnable or refundable.
10. NO FULL REFUND for items returned after delivery for ANY REASONS. By right there's no refund & returns allowed once goods are delivered, but after a discussion if you still insist on returning, we shall not refund you in full. Poslaju charges, Kastam/Custom charges & administrative fees will NOT be refund. Please take note of this.
11. It is our responsibility to check the items before sending them out for postage or delivery.
12. It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery.
13. It is BEYOND our responsibility if somehow damages happen to the item while in the mail/shipment. Actual pictures will be taken and forwarded to you before the items are delivered. Especially if you order WHITE/BRIGHT COLORS PATENT LEATHER GOODS - Order at your own risk. We dont take responsibility etc during shipment damage etc.
14. Balance of the payment must be made upon arrival of the items. We will contact you to update the status of shipment. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable BEFORE delivery.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions and How to Order 

 ◕ Please proceed to fill in this FORM to order but please spare a bit of time to read the T&C below. Once the form is submitted do wait for an email confirmation before transferring deposits.\
◕ Bulk orders are welcome. Orders of 5 COMPLETE sets and above will be discounted, pro-rated.

◕ RM1 dari SETIAP order per CAR or RM3 per COMPLETE SET akan disumbangkan ke Gaza melalui Aman Palestin atau Aqsa Syarif. Jika anda tidak selesa dengan hal ini, sila maklumkan di dalam borang anda.

◕ Your order will not be processed if you fail to pay the deposit + filling in the order form. Should you face any difficulties filling in the form, please contact our personnel.
◕ Please NOTIFY our email z.shoppe@emassutera.com.my everytime payment is made to enable us to track your payment. If you do not do so, we might not be able to track it cus we're getting numerous transactions in a day.

◕ 60% deposit required for each orders.
◕ Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate backout buyers UNLESS it's a matter of life & death.

◕ Orders will be shipped batch by batch per MOQ of 100 polybags.
◕ ETD of each Batch: 5 days after each shipping batch closes.

◕ Balance of the payment must be made before delivery

◕ It is our responsibility to check the items before sending them out for postage or delivery
