Cargo Pre-Order General Terms & Conditions

1. To order fill in this form. Order forms should be filled ONLY IF you're purchasing and has made up your mind. No changes allowed beyond submitting. 
2. All sales are final once the form is submitted & deposit is made. Nothing is exchangeable once order has been placed. So make a wise decision and choose the right item BEFORE confirming.
3. Deposits must be paid before 10th January 2013. 
4. The Estimated Time of Arrival [ETA] is Early April 2013. This is just an estimation. Cargo Shipping deals are a little bit unpredictable. Weather & Sea conditions, shipping schedules and route may change from time to time. However we'll keep you updated from time to time. 
5. Please do expect delays! Deposits, booking fees & payment made are non-refundable. We do not tolerate back-out buyers unless it's a matter of life & death. 
6. Should a warranty be provided, it is based in the UK. Should you wanna claim your warranty, you must agree to bare all shipping and return costs, to and fro. However certain products have International Warranty, you can bring them to their respective Regional HQ. 
7. Full refund will only be given if items go out of stock upon us ordering. You may replace-order other items if timing is suitable. 
8. Goods sent are NOT returnable/refundable/exchangeable. Please make careful decisions before you make a purchase. Get to know the items first, especially the typed of material it has. The colors, The usability. The Size. The functionality. Consider all these before purchasing! We're not responsible for your these once you've made the purchases. 
9. ALL ITEMS ARE CROSS CHECKED double times once before delivery to Malaysia, another time before delivery to customers. There is no such thing as manufacturing defect once items is delivered from UK to the the CUSTOMERS. If there are defects, we will return and exchange it BEFORE the items reaches you. 
10. It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery. 
11. NO FULL REFUND for items returned for ANY REASONS. By right there's no refund & returns allowed, but if you still insist on returning, we shall not refund you in full. Poslaju charges, Kastam/Custom charges & administrative fees will NOT be refund. 
12. Balance of the payment must be made once items docks in Port Klang/Butterworth. We will contact you to update the status of shipment. By then, u should be ready to pay the balance within 10 days, no longer. Should you take longer time to pay the balance, administrative charges of RM2 per day will be charged on you and payable BEFORE delivery. If you're still unable to pay it within 45 days, items will be up for bidding. 
13. It is BEYOND our responsibility if somehow damages happen to the item while in the mail/shipment. Actual pictures will be taken and forwarded to you before the items are delivered. It is our responsibility to properly wrap the packaging before postage/delivery. 
14. Order at your own risk. We don't take responsibility etc during shipment damage etc.

• Amcorp Mall [some Sundays only] - RM5 
• KL Main Areas [with arrangements] - RM10 
• Ayer Keroh, Melaka [some weekends only] - RM20 
• Tempat-tempat lain kami akan hantar guna Poslaju atau Kangaroos Courier Service [customers can choose between these two]. Caj akan dikenakan mengikut berat/saiz item.
